In December, when we went to run our Christmas letter our cartridges began to run out of ink. We had just seen your ad on a placemat at a local restaurant near us and stopped into your store to explore our options. I spoke first on the phone and then at the store with Marcia. She was extremely friendly, professional and very helpful. I got to the store about twenty minutes before closing time. There was one woman waiting ahead of me. Because of the time it took to fill a cartridge I just figured I'd have to wait until the next business day to get my cartridges refilled. Marcia told me that if I wanted to wait I could have my cartridges refilled that day - they would stay over/open until my cartridges were filled. It meant the young man in the back would be late in leaving the store. His grandfather came in to pick him up but was told he was working on one more job (mine) before he could leave. Anyway, I got my cartridges filled at 1/3 the price of new ones and I only had to wait about a half an hour! We were so impressed with your service that when the cartridges ran low on ink again (because of the number of letters we were running off) we went back to your store for more ink within just a week or so. We have told many people, including family members, about your excellent product and services. We are not a "business" customer but we felt we were treated like one when we vistited your store. Each time we received excellent service and excellent results. Why would anyone buy new cartridges when they could get them refilled through you? Thank you again for your excellent service. We are currently out of town until Easter but we will certainly return to your store for ink the next time we need it. Not only do you provide a great service but your staff is outstanding. I am a retired elementary principal and I can spot and value quality people. When someone walks into your store off the street the "first impression" your staff makes is priceless!
